Ingredients:
- Tagliatelle
- Chicken strips/chunks
- Mushrooms
- Brocoli
- Pepper
- 600ml double cream
Cooking utensils:
- Chopping board
- Sharp knife
- Frying pan
- Spatula
- Large sauce pan
- Spaghetti ladle
- Colander
Preparation:
- Slice mushrooms
- Dice peppers
- Creak up broccoli
Cooking the chicken and veg:
- Put the chicken and broccoli into the frying pan and fry on low heat until chicken starts to turn brown
- Then add the mushrooms and peppers and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Cooking the pasta:
- Put the tagliatelle into the boiling water on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes
- Drain pasta with the colander and put it back into the sauce pan
The final stage:
- Add the chicken and veg to the pasta in the sauce pan
- On a low to medium heat pour in the double cream and mix it in till the pasta, chicken and veg is evenly covered.
- Heat for 2-3 minutes
Serve up onto a plate, grab your cutlery and enjoy!
