My tips to not stressing out!

Here are a few tips to staying calm when you're tackling deadlines, your job and your personal life:


- Make lists

- Priorities things

- Take breaks - get outside for a walk

- Stay hydrated

- Set yourself mini deadlines that aid you reaching you final deadline

- Get a sufficient amount of sleep - 8 hours!

- Eat well - get your five a day

- Manage your time - use it wisely

- Put your social life on the back burner until the deadline is complete

- Manage your work hours - talk to your manager and come to an agreement that works

- Set time aside for yourself - read a book, relax and shut off for half an hour
